Candidates currently enrolled in a relevant Masters program must have the program completed by August 31, 2024 to be considered fully qualified. A letter from the university confirming program completed must be uploaded with your online resume at the time of application.

HRCE maintains casual pools (substitute lists) for our administrative assistant, after school child care, custodian, educational program assistant, library support specialist, lunch monitor, pre-primary and teacher positions to provide short term coverage to schools when permanent staff are away.
