Contribute to the overall success of the Global Human Resources Project Management Office (GHR-PMO) ensuring specific programs, plans and initiatives are executed/delivered in support of HR's strategies and objectives. Reporting to a functional manager and to a Senior Project Manager of assigned projects, the Sr. Project Analyst will conduct all activities in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Undertake coordination of project initiatives and special projects as assigned
  • Contributing to overall project success by participating on project life cycle activities
  • Oversee and support workstream leads (if applicable) and PMs across the integrated project plan to ensure successful delivery on time and on budget, achieving the project's objectives
  • Supports integrated project plan updates, status reporting, RAID log administration for issue and risk management under the integrated project (identify, document, support/develop resolutions and mitigations), and appropriately communicate same to project manager within the documented governance structure, reporting process and escalation protocol
  • Supports Project Status meetings; Work Stream meetings as required; schedules meetings as necessary; prepares and distributes meeting minutes while recording RAID items accordingly
  • Supports team on scheduling, planning, actuals and forecasting financials for assigned projects; ensures appropriate entries are entered on the correct tools and on-time to support monthly cycles
  • Administers project changes and impact on overall program from scope, time, quality, and financial perspectives
  • Collaborates with team by understanding the program's vision and objectives, and monitoring they are clearly understood by the project team and applied throughout the project
  • Collaborates and supports Business Analysts as required based on project capacity
  • Understands how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • May be requested to consult on efficiencies, recommendations, business benefits and implementation of projects
  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Certification in project management (CAPM) or Project Management Certificate from an accredited PMI service provider
  • 3+ years business/Project support related experience
  • Intermediate familiarity with Project management disciplines and tools
  • 1+ years running complex projects, preferably with experience in HR Technology
  • Excellent organizational skills/relationship management/communicator/problem solving
  • Familiarity with related software programs (such as MS Office 365, MS Project, Excel, JIRA, etc.)
  • Knowledge or familiarity with Business Analysis practice is an asset
  • Knowledge of CA-PPM is an asset
  • Must be proactive, self-starter and capable of learning new ways of doing things
  • Knowledge of Human Resource policies, procedures, systems, and operational processes would be an asset
