Responsibilities

In Miramichi, we are excited to be hiring in our new flagship location in Bridgeview Plaza. As a store manager, you will oversee the management of this new store, and mentor the team to become leaders themselves, thought leaders, knowledge leaders, leaders in customer service and leaders by example.

  • You will develop and coach your team in delivering an incredible customer experience while driving sales goals;
  • You will take the lead on bringing the Eastlink brand to life with the launch of the new location and help the team become brand ambassadors;
  • You will bring a sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit to running your store;
  • You have a passion to drive performance and thrive in an exciting environment;
  • You understand accountability in all its forms, and you are motivated by it.

Selling cool products and services is fun. You have experience in leading teams and enjoy overseeing challenges and supporting individuals with their employee experience.
