Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the overall performance of the dealership, including sales, finance, service, and parts departments.
- Collaborating with department managers to set and achieve financial and operational goals.
- Leading, coaching, and developing department managers and staff to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Ensuring that the dealership delivers a superior customer experience and maintains excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Monitoring financial performance, optimizing cost efficiencies, and ensuring profitability across the dealership.
- Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- A minimum of 5 years of dealership management experience, preferably in an automotive setting.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple departments.
- A solid understanding of dealership financials, sales, and service operations.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
