Job Description:
We are hiring for roles across junior to senior level.
This team focusses on broad range of metrics and reporting functions that may align to various areas throughout the organization. The individual will generally design/develop reports, cubes, dashboards, templated or specialized visualizations or multi-format presentations, and scorecards to support business needs; ensures sourcing of high-quality data and alignment of metrics across the organization.
The individual may be responsible for or oversee any combination of the following key areas:
•Partner with relative stakeholders to improve and optimize the descriptive reporting processes for routine / regular business requests.
•Liaise with technology and/or other teams and multiple stakeholders to deliver on requests such as provisioning / summarizing data and providing it to functions and/or businesses.
•Provide BI solutions such as reporting and derived Insights that will enable intuitive and dynamic insights for decision-making that accommodate the ongoing needs of the business.
•Interact closely with stakeholders/ external partners and/or functions to leverage and optimize on reporting synergies.
•Visualize information using tools/ techniques/ methodologies that translate a broad range of data into consumable business presentations, leveraging leading multi-format and multi-media approaches as required by the business need.
•Develop meaningful and insightful commentary/ insights on new and existing reporting packages.
•As the subject matter expert, provide advisory or consultative services for supported colleagues and/or businesses regarding multi-format data visualization technique.
•Ensure business operations are in compliance with applicable internal and external requirements (e.g. financial controls, segregation of duties, transaction approvals and physical control of assets)
•Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriate.
•Monitor service, productivity and assess efficiency levels within own function and implement continuous process / performance improvements where opportunities exist.
•Lead / facilitate and/or implement actions / remediation plans to address performance / risk /governance issues.
•Actively manage relationships within and across various business lines, corporate and/or control functions and ensure alignment with enterprise and/or regulatory requirements.
•Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite.

Job Requirement:
•Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science) Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience.
•Solid programming principles with Python, SQL
•Experience with Big Data management technology, Azure Cloud and the process of Extract Transform Load (ETL)
•Produce specialized reporting packages, dashboards and scorecards for businesses.
•Highly skilled in the use of visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
•Experience manipulating large volume of complex data from disparate sources

Min Years' Experience
Junior-Past relevant work experience is a plus
Intermediate-3+ years of experience
Senior- 5+ years of experience
