Salary range: $42,176.04 to $47,189.29 annually

What you will be doing…
- Working in a team environment and reporting to the Manager of Student Services, you will:
- Provide a full range of administrative support services for the Student Services Office, with an emphasis on providing superior customer service to students, staff and the public.
- Work closely with the other Administrative Assistant for Student Services to respond to walk-in requests, phone calls, and email inquiries related to programming/services at the College.
- Support the Assistant Registrar, you will enroll students in programs; process dropped courses; input grades, transfer credits, and milestones; prepare confirmation of enrollment letters; and print transcripts.
- You will also support special events, such as convocation; Get Started, Open House, and other campus-based events.
Qualifications and Occupational Experience:
- The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business or Office Administration combined with a minimum of two years' recent and related experience in a fast-paced office environment. Or you have the recognized equivalency of a high school diploma with significant (10+) years of administrative experience.
- Occupational experience that includes records management, specifically in a post-secondary environment would be considered an asset.
- You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, E-mail, and PeopleSoft
- You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology in advancing your work
- Experience supporting/providing service to students and prospective students would be considered an asset
