Our client is seeking an Assistant Controller to join their finance team. This confidential opportunity is ideal for an experienced finance professional who is ready to take on a leadership role in supporting the financial operations of a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Controller with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end processes
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial goals
  • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance department

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with strong knowledge of financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
