Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

Shift/Hours: Full Time - Days - 8:00am to 5:00pm

As an Administrative Assistant with Advantage Personnel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client's office!
This position requires a personable and confident individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently will be crucial to your success in this role. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, which requires excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a dynamic environment and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving!
In addition to routine administrative duties, you may assist with project planning and event coordination, providing critical support to team members as needed. Effective organizational skills will enable you to maintain order in a busy setting, while your attention to detail will ensure that tasks are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and Coordination: Manage and organize appointments, meetings, and events; ensure all necessary arrangements are made for smooth execution.
* Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications; handle inquiries with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
* Documentation Management: Prepare, edit, and distribute various documents including reports, presentations, and Correspondence; maintain accurate and organized filing systems (both electronic and physical).
* Data Entry and Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data, create spreadsheets, and generate reports that assist in decision-making processes.
* Office Organization: Oversee office supplies and equipment; coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed to ensure a well-functioning office environment.
* Support for Team Projects: Assist team members with administrative tasks related to ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are prepared accurately.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; applicants with a certificate or degree in a related field will be priority
* 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to assist team members as needed.
