Job Position: Open Vehicle, Check-in Clerk

Location: Brampton, ON

Wage: $18.00/hr
Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm
Shifts available: Monday to Friday

Our company is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vehicle Check-In Clerk to join our team on behalf of one of our esteemed clients. As a Vehicle Check-In Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of vehicles entering our inventory management systems.

Job Duties:

• Utilize the provided iPhone application to manually enter vehicle information into the inventory management systems accurately and promptly.
• Allocate inventory stock numbers, open repair orders, and register vehicles for upcoming online sales, adhering to the established procedures.
• Assist in other related duties, including but not limited to, removing license plates, maintaining the cleanliness of the equipment station, and organizing/filing license plates under respective customer names.
• Remain flexible to take on additional tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent education/experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace applications
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
• Effective time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines efficiently
• Must possess a valid G Driver's License with a clean driver abstract
