Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for a Crop Field Manager with a Class 1 Airbrake License for our client in Centreville, NS. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous farming experience to advance their careers, with potential progression into a management position.

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate all farm equipment, including tractors and implements for planting bed forming, and cultivating.
- Manage irrigation systems
- Complete daily reports and maintain records.
- Perform crop spraying and weed management.

Requirements
- Must possess a Class 1 with Airbrake License.
- Previous farming experience is essential.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
