Salary range: $44,424.94 to $54,442.81 annually
Reporting to the Student Finance Lead, you will:
- Utilize Peoplesoft Campus Solutions and Peoplesoft Finance to provide support for Administrative Services staff with regards to student financial data, issue resolution, and general student account updates.
- Act as the first point of contact for staff and students requiring Central Student Finance support.
- Process student refund requests.
- Manage student account information.
Qualifications and Occupational Experience:
The minimum educational qualification for this position is a College Diploma in Business or a related field.
You have a minimum of 3 years (full-time equivalent) of recent and related occupational experience in finance or accounting. Experience in accounting procedures, analytical review, and compiling financial reports is required.
You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel), and e-mail. You have experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system such as PeopleSoft.
You are comfortable working in a digital environment and take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; you are committed to using technology in advancing your work.
Experience supporting/providing service to students and prospective students would be considered an asset.
Experience working in a post-secondary environment would be considered an asset.
