What You'll Do:
As an Office Administrator & Client Support Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth office functioning and top-tier client engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling reception duties: answering phone calls, responding to general email and new client inquiries, and managing incoming/outgoing mail and couriers.
Providing administrative support for client onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assisting with the implementation and troubleshooting of new IT technologies as part of our client service app ecosystem.
Managing the firm's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and supporting digital marketing initiatives.
Creating and updating marketing and client support materials.
Anticipating office needs and ensuring resources are available for staff.
Assisting with the firm's accounting and banking, including preparing monthly client statements and following up with clients as needed.
Performing other administrative duties as assigned.
