OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and extensive experience working on Salesforce projects. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - developers, product owners, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure that our Salesforce implementations and enhancements deliver maximum value to the business. This role will center on thoroughly understanding business needs, translating them into actionable requirements, and bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams to drive process improvements and successful project outcomes.

WHAT YOU LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business and system requirements.
  • Convert business needs into well-defined functional and technical specifications.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and the technical team, ensuring seamless communication and transparency.
  • Play a critical role in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure user stories are well-documented, prioritized, and aligned with project goals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement Salesforce integrations, manage data migrations, and support platform enhancements.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of new Salesforce features to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Provide consistent updates to stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of project progress, risks, and solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth user adoption of new Salesforce capabilities.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of all Salesforce-related processes and changes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve business processes through Salesforce enhancements.

WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU LL NEED TO DO THE JOB:

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience working on Salesforce projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including security settings, process automation, and reporting features.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, APEX, and integration methods (APIs, middleware) is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of navigating through complexity to deliver practical solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Prior experience working in industries such as Technology, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce data management, analytics, and reporting tools.
