The Team:
The Medical Authorization Centre (MAC) Pharmacy is responsible for making decisions concerning health needs for products that require authorization. In this role you will service various contracts and work as a member of an overall medical professional team.
The primary goal of this unit is to provide positive health care outcomes through on-line case assessment using computer technology.
Work location can be remote from home, and the hours of operation for this team range from Monday to Friday 6:45am to 8:30pm Atlantic Time.
We work a 7.5 hours workday, a 37.5 hour work week: No overnight, No weekends.

Education: Active Registered Nurse
Work Experience: Have practical nursing experience, including knowledge of medical conditions in relationship to pharmaceutical treatment
Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills
Multi-tasker and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Superior verbal communication skills
Ability to work shift work on a rotating basis
Computer Skills: possess strong computer skills or aptitude
Language Skills: Bilingualism (English and French) is required
