Greenhaven Management has two vacancies for Accounting Technicians at its Moncton-based head office. This is a full-time (35 hrs/weekly) permanent position and starts as soon as possible.
Job Duties include:-
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare tax returns
- Reconcile accounts
Education requirement: College level diploma
Experience requirement: 1 year to less than 2
Language of work: English
Salary: $25/hr for 35 hours weekly
