What you'll do:

Reporting to the Agency Manager and serving as a member of our Agency Team, this position offers an opportunity to enhance our member/policyholder service and sales focus.

• Provide a high level of personalized service to fit our members' needs
• Proactively manage new and existing member coverage
• Build trusting relationships with our members, staff, and community stakeholders
• Visit members' properties and conduct periodic policy reviews to ensure offerings are up to date
• Maintain and submit accurate and timely reports
• Monitor market trends to make adjustments when needed

• You have a good knowledge of the people and industries in the area being serviced
• Experience or knowledge in the Insurance Industry considered an asset.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on skills and years of experience.
