We are currently seeking a Bilingual Contact Center Representative to join our Member Service Contact Centre. This position can be performed remotely (must be located in Atlantic Canada) or on-site.

This Member Service Representative will be required to assist members and non-members by phone, e-mail and live web chat. This position requires someone who is flexible, willing to work in a team environment and with the ability to work autonomously. The contact centre is open Monday-Friday 8am-9pm, Saturday-Sunday and Holidays 10am-9pm which means the successful candidates will be required to work evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

Our representatives are customer service oriented with a positive upbeat "can do" attitude.

Responsabilités

Our member service representatives are customer service oriented with a positive upbeat "can do" attitude whose duties include:

  • Assisting members and potential members by phone with:
    • Membership Transactions
    • Ordering maps and TripTiks
    • Credit Card Transactions
    • Car Rental and Hotel Reservations
    • Issue Travel Medical Insurance policies
    • Other duties as required to meet department and organization objectives
  • Monitor Social Media activity and respond to direct messages
  • Assist Members and customers on the CAA Atlantic website
  • Resolve issues related to members having issues logging into their online account
  • Answering general inquiries and transferring callers to appropriate departments as required.
  • Responding to inquiry e-mails.
Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organized
  • Dependable, possessing an excellent track record of attendance
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience would be an asset
