About this Role:
The Technical Business Manager ensures that technology solutions effectively support business goals. This role involves managing technical projects, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth communication between technical and non-technical departments.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and implement technical solutions that meet company objectives;
- Assist in managing technical projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget;
- Align technology strategies with business objectives;
- Improve existing technology and recommend new solutions;
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly;
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices;
- Support budgeting and planning for technology projects; and,
- Identify opportunities to enhance operations through technology
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a management role focused on technology or IT
- Proven experience collaborating with other leaders to guide technical teams and manage projects
- Strong understanding of how technology can improve business operations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience with budgeting and resource planning
