This position is hybrid, working from the Young Tower office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Who You Are

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our content team, part of the National Marketing team. The role includes strategic planning, day-to-day support, development of Eastlink’s digital owned channels (web, social, SEO) and management of our customer ecosystem.

This is a temporary position for approximately 13 months.

This role works closely with National Marketing Managers, IT and the Product Management team to lead a digital and content strategy that drives increases in web traffic and conversions and social engagement. As a member of the marketing leadership team, you will inspire a willingness to drive results and positively influence others.

As a Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the content team and content strategy.
  • Support the digital and content team in delivering the brand narrative across all paid and owned channels.
  • Ensure a cohesive brand persona across all channels by reviewing, editing and giving direction to the team when needed.
  • Work cross functionally with key business stakeholders in IT, Product, Customer Experience, People & Culture, Marketing, and Sales Channels.
  • Work alongside key stakeholders to assist in web development projects, production timelines and roadmaps, etc.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Support Community TV and Regional marketing teams and initiatives.
  • Leverage data to help identify opportunities, optimize content plan, inform conversion rate optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications, journalism, or related field.
  • Creative thinker with 3-5 years experience in executing content strategy and marketing communications.
  • Passion for writing and copy editing.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, GA4 and on-page SEO best practices would be considered an asset.
  • Experience leading and coaching direct reports and are comfortable leading change, giving direction and providing feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, always changing environment.
  • Detail orientated with exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal.
