Manager: Talent and Organizational Development

You:

· Hold a Diploma in Human Resource Management, or equivalent academic qualifications.

· CHRP designation preferred.

· Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent and/or Organizational Development

· Are proficient in managing relationships with employees in a unionized environment

· Possess a blend of strategic thinking with practical execution and project management experience.

· Proficient in designing and using people analytics.

· Have a passion for coaching and developing talent at all levels.

· Are self-directed, a quick learner and possess strategic leadership skills.
