Establish and develop Tangerine Fraud Business Intelligence 'BI' capabilities to provide insights into operational results and support performance management. Ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed/delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. As a product owner of a scrum team, you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap against business priorities, maximizing business values delivered by the team and continuously adjust/improve to release highly adopted BI functionalities and features. You will also play a key role in entire BI development life cycle and production support in steady state.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM discipline
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing
- 2 years working with Azure Cloud – SQL MI, Data Factory, and Data Flow. Azure certification would be an asset
- 3+ years acting in a technical lead capacity conducting code reviews and defining coding standards
- 3+ years working with Azure DevOps pipeline and TFS code repository
- 5+ years experience in a financial institution
- Advanced knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Expert knowledge in data engineering and ETL development
- Expert knowledge of SQL and dimensional data modelling
- Skilled leader with experience leading teams focusing on coaching and execution of key business priorities
- Strong prioritizing, planning, analytical, presentation, project management, and relationship building skills
- Experience working within a scrum team and an agile environment
- Strong verbal, written, presentation & communication skills
