Our maintenance department is currently looking to for a Welder to work with our Lantz, Maintenance Team. Our Maintenance Department is a central support resource for all site operations.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will be CWB certified and willing to qualify as the companies CWB site representative. This person will be safety conscious and enjoy working in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Welding
• Assembling Product
• Operating Small hand tools
• Safely working in a production environment
• Cross training within the plant
• Rotation into different areas of the operation as required.

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
• 2-3 years' experience with welding (MIG welding experience would be an asset)
• CWB certified.
• Organized / problem solving.
• Ability to follow procedures.
• Team player who can ask for assistance when required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift 30lbs regularly.
