Atlantic Signs is a full service sign company, manufacturing and installations. Currently hiring motivated, experienced Sign Tech's and right-minded candidates without experience. Previous installation experience with exterior and interior signs with a high degree of mechanical aptitude is preferred. We're a close-knit group of motivated installers who are reliable, dependable, respectful and honest who take pride in their workmanship. We are willing to train candidates without experience who embody these qualities. New additions to the team (with and without experience) must embody these qualities.

· Able to complete all required paperwork at completion of installations and service

· Strong troubleshooting skills

· Strong mechanical aptitude

· Work well with co-workers

· Good communicator, with a helpful "willing to lend a hand" attitude

· Safety-minded

Requirements:

· High School Diploma/GED

· Experience in the sign industry is required

· Able to work at various heights outdoors and in all types of weather

· Great computer skills

· Valid driver's license,

· Basic construction knowledge is helpful

· Able to work in a 45?-72? bucket truck and outdoors in all types of weather

· Able to work off ladders

· Experience with Watchfire, Daktronics, EMD's a plus.

Experienced Technician Competencies:

· Has experience servicing LED illuminated signage

· Can modify a sign cabinet or raceway on site if required

· Able to resolve unique installation problems involving any kind of wall surface, unusual pole covers, and the use of wood, stucco, plastic and other special sign materials

· Able to mount channel letters

· Able to mount and stretch flexible faces on site

· Basic electrical knowledge
