- Receive incoming phone calls and walk-in inquiries from tenants and the public.
- Maintain and store files confidentially by ensuring they are kept secure in locked cabinets.
- Schedule appointments, record team meetings and provide general administrative support to the team.
- Provide back up to the Maintenance Clerk, write purchase/work orders for maintenance, office supplies…
- Schedule Pest Control.
- Prepare and follow up Tenant Packages
- Follow up after hour calls.
- Other assigned duties.
• Grade 12 or high school with two years' related experience.
• Competency in desktop software, including Microsoft Office.
Assets:
• Working knowledge of Yardi Property Management software.
Competencies required at this level of work are Interpersonal skills, Organizational skills and Attention to Detail, Communication skills, Client Orientation and Effective Interactive.
