PAL Airlines is seeking a Casual Call-In Cargo Agent to join our St. John's, NL team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to cargo inquires;
• Provide freight quotes;
• Accept small freight; issuing waybills and handling cargo;
• Provide internal and external customer support;
• General accounting and completion of daily sales reports;
• Process cargo for shipping based on customer needs;
• Perform general office and warehouse duties as required;
• Operate forklift;
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Completion of High School;
• Must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of products;
• Basic accounting knowledge;
• Ability to perform duties related to cash sales and POS system;
• Previous experience in customer service would be an asset;
• Ability to lift weight handling up to 50 lbs.;
• Excellent communication and organization skills;
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
