For over 20 years, Seville Property Group has been a trusted provider of high-quality, well-maintained apartments in the Greater Moncton area. We are currently looking to add a full-time Leasing Agent to our team.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong sales skills and excellent communication abilities are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain apartment occupancies.
- Facilitate call and email leads as they arrive
- Show available suites to prospective residents while highlighting the benefits of our amenities and community.
- Provide update-to-date rental information to prospective residents.
- Close sales effectively.
- Prepare, answer questions, and assist prospective residents regarding the rental process, and qualifications and complete the rental application.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of application information and supporting documents.
- Prepare move-in information upon approval of the rental application.
- Facilitate administrative responsibilities associated with leasing activity.
- Rent collection.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, including in-person, over the phone, and in writing.
- Proven sales and customer service experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional time management skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales environment.
- Familiarity with leasing principles is an asset.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bilingualism is a strong asset.
- Knowledge using Yardi.
