We are currently seeking a Lead Dynamics 365/Power Platform Developer - Remote to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Lead Dynamics 365/Power Platform Developer to work our public sector client. This opportunity isto support the current implementation of D365 CE and the Power Platform

Responsibilities:

• Interact with prospects / clients to understand business requirements
• Demonstrate Power Platform solution capabilities to the client
• Create Solution design to address client business, interface and performance requirements
• Advise on complex Power Platform business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on the Power Platform, 3rd party add-ons and customizations
• Create functional requirement and functional design for customizations
• Create estimates for implementation tasks
• Provide Power Platform SME expertise to client and mentor team members
• Installation, setup and configuration of D365 and Power Platform
• Data migration from external systems into the Microsoft Dataverse
• Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
• Conduct user and administrator training

Job Duties:

• Connect to External APIs (Post Grid)
• Show imported API data on screen and put into Dataverse table
• Migration of existing legacy data into Dataverse
• Ingestion of structured data through an external API
• General Data validation and error handling
• 'Business rule' conversion to code and validations involving ingested external data and legacy system tables
• Create Plug-Ins for data manipulation (creating new records using existing as templates)
• Web Form creation and use of dynamic rules based controls for content
• Create Power Portal used for external web access to the solution (both anonymous and secure login)
• Generate Automated Testing Scripts

Skills Required (Senior):

• 5+ years Power Platform experience.
• Experience as an MS Dynamics 365/CRM or Power Platform consultant in a client-facing role for MS
• Dynamics/Power Platform consulting organization is highly desirable
• Power Platform: Understanding/experience with MS Dataverse, development of Power Apps (model-driven & canvas) and Power Automate.
• Report development with SSRS and Power BI is an asset
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Plans,Pipelines) is an asset
• Unit Testing: Test Case preparation and execution
• Strongly Preferred: Testing Automation with Selenium
• Working with all phases of the SDLC process
