The key responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative include:

• Process quotes and orders in a timely manner with attention to detail
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries in person, over phone, and via email
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
• Commit to continuous learning through online learning and vendor-based product training

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Customer service experience
• Strong Power Transmission background is considered an asset
• Experience in industrial supply (CIN) is considered an asset
• Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office
• Results-driven with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Energetic, self-motivated, team player, and possessing a good work ethic
