We have an immediate opening for a customer driven, community engaged, results oriented and passionate people leader to join our team as a Keyholder. As a member of the supervisory team, our Keyholder is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, supporting and coaching teammates, execution of store processes and merchandising and ensuring compliance to company standards and operating procedures their location. This role is a key member who demonstrates their ability to coach, foster a team environment, flexible to change and excels at day-to-day operations.

• Delivering exceptional customer experience
• Managing and supporting in the onboarding and training of new teammates
• Execution of store programs, processes and merchandising plans
• Uphold store standards and operating procedures

What you have to offer:

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to resolve customer and teammate concerns through effective problem solving
• Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively prioritize and ensure execution of tasks by team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to coach and mentor teammates to create a positive employee experience
