The Sales Development Representative (Nordic Countries) is responsible for generating sales leads by engaging with potential prospects and representing Atlantic Growth Solutions' services.
In this role at Atlantic Growth Solutions, you'll manage a high volume of target accounts, with the goal being to create qualified opportunities for out team. You will own outreach to net new prospective customers, educate leads about our services, and gauge and generate interest. You'll utilize channels like email, phone, and LinkedIn messages.
- Represent Atlantic Growth Solutions' services' and identify how our solutions meet the needs of our customers.
- Generate leads and build relationships by finding new potential sales outlets.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
- Utilizing various sales tools (Hubspot, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.), cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify prospect's needs and qualify viable sales opportunities.
- Build short and long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
- Report to sales development leadership with daily, weekly, and monthly results.
- Proficiency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Icelandic or Swedish language. Experience working with Nordic-based businesses is an asset.
- Ability to work during European business hours.
- 2 years of experience selling in a corporate space.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and connect well with people.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
- Strong sales aptitude & closing techniques, coupled with an outgoing and positive attitude.
- Driven to succeed and achieve targets.
- Self-motivated, and has a "go-getter" attitude.
- Professional, articulate communication skills with the ability to manage correspondence between sales teams and their clients.
- Comfortable working with multiple departments.
- Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
