Reporting to the Manager, theBilingualTeam Leader, Implementationrole is responsible for leading the Implementation of new clients by delivering a smooth, consistent and highly dependable client installation process, resulting in a positive first-impression with new clients. In this role you will lead a team of diverse skilled employees to achieve corporate and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day to day needs of the team and our clients;
  • Provide coaching to individuals on performance goals and quality results;
  • Support the career development and learning opportunities of team members;
  • Ensure key performance indicators of productivity and accuracy are achieved ;
  • Identify processes to maximize overall efficiency of the department and drive ;
  • Work collaboratively with the support services teams (i.e training/quality/metrics) to achieve corporate and operational targets;
  • Represent the team at meetings where appropriate and build/maintain relationships within department as well as other business units within the company;
  • Hold regular team meetings;
  • Remote team management;
  • Responsible for hiring process of new employees;
  • Occasionally participate in finalist presentations with prospective clients when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Post-secondary education in business or marketing; project management
  • Work Experience:3 - 5 years of leadership in sales or operations management experience, preferably in the insurance industry;
  • Computer Skills:Strong computer skills, including an excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Prior experience working with MS Project is considered an asset.
  • Language Skills:Bilingualism is mandatory
  • Leadership Skills: Strong coaching, communicationand presentation skills

  • Action Management:Manages quality and productivity of employee's work. Follows through on the employee's work plan from planning, implementing, monitoring to evaluating and reporting.
  • Financial Management:Implements process improvements to achieve operating efficiencies and value for money. Manages the portion of the budget allocated to team building and employee engagement.
