TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Full-time permanent position: 40 hours/week

Wage: $44.00/hour

Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation per year

Duties / Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Plan, organize, and evaluate the operations of Savior Media.

Develop action plans to address client's market research and financial consulting needs and manage project budgets.

Represent the organization within various economic and social groups.

Lead the staff in overcoming administrative or technical challenges.

Hire, train, and supervise team members to ensure effective operations.

Strategic Planning and Market Research:

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Assess products and services to determine marketing needs and advise clients on promotional strategies using advanced marketing and pricing knowledge.

Plan, develop, and implement organizational policies and procedures.

Content and Campaign Management:

Oversee the creation and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.

Manage post-campaign analysis to refine strategies and optimize performance.

Leadership and Team Development:

Lead and mentor a social media marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Direct and advise staff on quality assessment strategies and service implementation.

Public Relations and Community Engagement:

Develop and execute PR strategies to communicate organizational initiatives.

Build and maintain online communities, handling inquiries and fostering loyalty.

Act as the organization's spokesperson, managing media relations and events.

Influencer Marketing and Partnerships:

Establish and manage relationships with influencers and industry partners.

Negotiate and oversee partnerships to enhance brand reach and credibility.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or a related field is required.

Minimum 3 years experience in strategic planning, conducting market research, and providing guidance to clients in matters relating to pricing and financial strategy managing social media platforms and executing successful campaigns.

Excellent English Communication Skills

Proven experience in budget planning, implementation and management

Experience in establishing and directing operational procedures

Proven experience in managing relationships and strategy with corporate and MNC clientele
