Job Title: Crop Field Manager
Location: Centreville,NS
Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday (Weather Dependent)
Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour

Assignment Information

Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for a Crop Field Manager with a Class 1 Airbrake License for our client in Centreville, NS. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous farming experience to advance their careers, with potential progression into a management position.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate all farm equipment, including tractors and implements for planting bed forming, and cultivating.
Manage irrigation systems
Complete daily reports and maintain records.
Perform crop spraying and weed management.

Requiremensts

Must possess a Class 1 with Airbrake License.
Previous farming experience is essential.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
