Site: Enwin Utilities Construction Site City: Windsor, Ontario Status: Temporary Full Time – until July 31, 2025 Hours: Continental Nights (1900-0700) Pay Rate: $17.15/hour Are you interested in starting a career in a fast paced and growing industry? Our training programs are also a leader in the security industry, and they will help prepare you for advancements, as well as build your resume for a potential career in law enforcement. Job Description: Working on assigned shifts, you will provide proactive and reactive security patrols on foot and control access to the property. You will be required to write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to emergencies in a quick and efficient manner. Job Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard license
  • Emergency First Aid & CPR
  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy.
  • Reliable transportation to the job site.
  • Position requires the ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time.

At the time of the interview applicant must be able to produce proof of completion of the following prerequisites:
  1. A Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  2. Proficient in English (both oral and written)
Successful completion of the following requirements provided by Paladin are mandatory prior to placement:
  1. First Aid & CPR – Level C
  2. Management of Aggressive Behavior
  3. Use of Force
  4. Report Writing
  5. Additional courses as assigned
