Customer Service Representative - Labrador South Coast

Air Borealis is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team of committed professionals in the following Labrador locations.

South Coast Locations:

Black Tickle, NL Mary's Harbour, NL Cartwright, NL Charlottetown, NL

Fox Harbour, NL Port Hope Simpson, NL

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate passengers and freight with charter clients as well as the Air Borealis Charter
  • Department and Flight Operations Team, while following all rules specific to each charter client;
  • Assist with creating and/or modifying passenger reservations when required;
  • Answer customer phones and/or e-mail inquiries and provide responses;
  • Check in of passengers;
  • Accept customer freight by completing waybills, accepting payment and submitting waybills;
  • Distribute freight to customers;
  • Complete flight manifests for passengers and cargo;
  • Assist in off and on-loading of freight and baggage;
  • Greet flights;
  • Send weather reports as required;
  • Send arrival and departure information for each flight;
  • Maintain communication with passengers in compliance with CTA rules;
  • Complete and submit daily sales reports whenever necessary.
  • Other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Customer Service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and make quick sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer and office skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be able to obtain a clear Record of Conduct.
  • Ability to lift upwards to 50lbs.
