Jump Recruitment Specialists has partnered with Bogart's Jewellers in search of a full-time permanent Gemologist.
The Gemologist will display superior customer service skills, selling diamonds, gemstones and other jewellery.

The Job
- Responsible for the sale of diamonds, gemstones and other jewellery.
- Assist with jewellery appraisals
- Provide gem grades for quality, color, cut and clarity, which helps consumers compare individual gems
- Advise customers on which gems to consider based on their needs and budget.
- Create grading cards for diamonds and gemstones.
- Provide a unique and tailored customer service experience
Qualifications
- A Gemologist degree, a graduate diamonds degree or a GIA Graduate Gemologist. Must be able to grade diamonds, and coloured stones would be an asset.
- 1-3+ years of previous experience in the jewellery industry
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills are required
