Job Title: Project Manager (Restoration & Reconstruction)
Location: Oakville, Ontario - Bronte & Wyecroft Rd
Annual Salary: $65,000-$75,000/year depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Days - Project manager must be available for alternating scheduled on-call evenings and weekends.

We are hiring a Project Manager for a property restoration and reconstruction company based in Oakville. This company provides emergency response, restoration and reconstruction services to the insurance industry, residential, commercial, and industrial customers that have suffered property damage caused by fires, floods, winds, and mold.

Job Duties:
* Perform daily site inspections from the emergency phase to completion of the repair
* Communicate with and provide customer service to home & business owners, insurance adjusters and sub-contractors
* Manage sub-contractors and employees to successful completion in a timely and efficient manner
* Ensure the preparation of accurate quotations through job costing and estimates using Xactimate
* Create & execute project plans with appropriate software and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
* Ensure project documents are complete, current and uploaded in Xactanalysis
* Build existing client relationships and generate new leads with adjusters and property managers
* Manage project budget/estimates
* Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and monitor receivables for each project
* Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization
* Cleaning and maintaining company facility, vehicle, and equipment; keeping all restoration resources in constant state of readiness
* Improving technical knowledge, skills and personal performance through courses as directed
* Consistent taking and recording of all psychometric readings on all job sites
* Completion of all documentation requirements as per company Standards of Procedures
* Be available to respond to 24-hour emergency restoration and mitigation calls and alternating scheduled on-call evenings and weekends
* Other tasks as required

Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in the restoration or construction industry in a Project Management position
* Experience using MS Outlook, Word & Excel
* Experience using Xactimate software required
* IICRC certifications WTR and ASD are an asset
* Excellent communication skills both oral and written
* Strong customer service, organizational, multitasking, and decision making skills
* Able to lift 50lbs
* Possesses valid G-level Driver's License and own vehicle
