Job Title: Service Coordinator

Rate of Pay: $23 / hour

Shift: Monday – Friday Days, 8:00am – 4:30pm in office

Location: Burlington, Ontario - Mainway and Corporate Drive

We are hiring a Service Coordinator for our client in Burlington! This company specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of fire and explosion protection systems. Qualified candidates would have long-term experience in a similar service planning and coordinating role. This is a temporary position expected to be 3 – 8 months long with the possibility of extension. Our client is looking for candidates who can interview and start as soon as possible!

Responsibilities:

· Schedule service technicians using Salesforce; creating daily and weekly schedules

· Correspond with clients and employees over phone and email

· Manage work orders and update documentation

· Support Plant Manager with scheduling and coordination of employees

· Use Salesforce and MS Office daily

· Other administrative tasks as assigned

Candidate Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a similar Service Planning position required

· Experience with Salesforce and MS Office required

· Strong customer service, people-focused experience required

· Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

· Tech savvy and comfortable with computers
