Job Title: Customer Service Rep.

Available Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm-11:00pm

Hourly Pay Rate: $21.50 - 23.00 (based on experience)

Location: Brantford, Ontario - Wayne Gretzky Parkway & Henry Street

We are looking for a reliabile candidate to join our client in a Customer Service role! This company distributes large household appliances and maintenance parts. We are looking for candidates with long-term experince using internal customer and order management software, strong customer service and problem solving skills!

This is a long-term to permanent hire role with a successful and reputable company with lots of room to grow.

Daily Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer orders, inquiries and concerns over phone and email

· Communicate with shipping companies, customers, and drivers

· Schedule trucks and deliveries

· Run reports and track information using spread sheets or internal management software

· Data entry and filing of various documents

· Other general customer service and administrative duties as assigned

Candidate Qualifications:

· Minimum 1-2 years of related customer service, office, or dispatch experience required

· Advanced skill using Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word

· Experience using SAP or other warehouse management software

· Strong attention to detail and time management skills while working in a fast-paced evironment

· Team-orientated and strong communication skills
