Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Saint John, NB
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Rate of Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 an hour

Advantage Personnel is seeking a Recruiter for our client in Saint John, NB. We're looking for a highly organized individual with strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in their career. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, adept at multitasking, and passionate about recruiting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit: Post job ads, review resumes, screen candidates, and check references.
• Verify safety and training certifications and assess candidate skills.
• Coordinate crew onboarding: manage contract signings, orientations, and training records in our recruitment and training system.
• Apply best practices in HR recruiting.
• Produce detailed recruiting reports for team review.
• Build strong candidate relationships as the main contact throughout the selection process.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or Office Administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
Work Conditions:
The Recruiter will work in a business casual office environment, collaborating with the Human Resources department as necessary. They will conduct interviews via video and in person and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
