CAA Atlantic is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will support planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, branding activities and partnership initiatives. Additionally, they will lead the ordering of promotional items and inventory for branches, coordinate brand related sponsorships and donations, execute monthly direct mail campaigns, while working closely with a variety of departments within the organization, as well as external vendors. This role requires excellent time management, organization and the ability to manage a variety of competing priorities while providing excellent customer services to internal and external partners.

Responsabilités
  • Assist to plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns and branding activities.

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Business or Commerce with a focus in Marketing and/or Communications, Public Relations
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms along with offline marketing tactics.
  • Experience with media campaigns and supplier management is considered an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Effective written and oral communication skill
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Exceptional commitment to customer service
