We are currently seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Testing Lead (Remote) to join our team inBritish Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Lead

NTT DATA is looking for a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Lead to assist with a project to migrate our client's on-premise D365 applications to the cloud.

Day to Day responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements from stakeholders. Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and gaps in current processes/ systems.
  • Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of new systems and enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team during the system development lifecycle to demonstrate system enhancements and ensure alignment to business outcomes.
  • Translate technical details into clear, concise documents for business users.
  • Provides system-related training and user support; prepares user documentation and communicates changes clearly and effectively.
  • Acts as an escalation path for support teams to address systems issues; acts as a back-up to the quality assurance function to test and report issues with various systems.
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on Microsoft Dynamics applications and their integration with other systems.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing to identify, record, and resolve defects.
  • Provide insights into Microsoft Dynamics functionalities and best practices to improve testing strategies.
  • Manage testing environments, including setup, configuration, and data management, specifically tailored to Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
  • Track and report on testing activities, including test results, test case coverage, and defect resolution, using test management tools.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, contributing insights on quality assurance and risk management.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in Microsoft Dynamics and QA methodologies to continuously refine testing processes.

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE/PP Certifications
  • 5 years minimumworking with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CEplatform
  • 1-3 years experience working with the Power Platform
  • 3-5 years experience as a business analyst with quality assurance
  • Proven experience eliciting and documenting requirements
  • Superior problem solving skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with in projects based on agile principles

Due to the need for the selected candidate to be on site with the client on a partial basis applicants should reside within reasonable commuting distance from the client location in Vancouver, BC
