The Migration Lead plays a critical role as both a technical and strategic business partner to manage the integration and migration to Cloud. They collaborate closely with development teams to understand their workflows and requirements and lead the management of the migration plans, while ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are supported in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Five (5) or more years of experience in IT Project Management and business/industry
- PMP, Process Improvement, Change Management, and Agile Certifications are considered assets
- Highly motivated migration leader who can drive delivery in alignment with the organizations mandate and goals.
- Proven experience in program & project management practices and possess both business and technical acumen.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proven track record in managing relationships with external vendors
- Highly motivated individual who can drive delivery in alignment with the organizations mandate and goals.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Preferred Experience of working with vendor to migrate application from on prem to GCP
- Cloud Domain knowledge (asset)
