MPE a division of Englobe is seeking a Junior Civil - Structural Engineer (0-5 years' experience) to join our Regina or Saskatoon Office.

Your Contribution
As a Civil Structural Engineer you will work in collaboration with our Structural team
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Perform general project engineering duties under the supervision of a Professional Engineer.
- Work with the project team to prepare technical reports, design drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Structural design on infrastructure that may include:
- Hydraulic Structures
- Industrial Buildings
- Steel Structures including; hoist systems, monorail systems, cranes, platforms, railing, etc
- Provide QA/QC support during construction.
- Perform construction administration, coordination, and supervision duties.
- Work closely with our clients to ensure their project objectives are met.
- Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules
Your Profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University. A focus on structural engineering is considered an asset.
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Association of Professional Engineers of Saskatchewan (APEGS).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for general construction methods. Previous field-work experience is considered an asset.
- Experience or knowledge with design software is considered an asset.
- Class 5 Drivers License and personal vehicle for out-of-town work as required.
- Self- motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety
