JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Vice President, Digital & Technology, North America, the Digital & Technology Business Partner (Manufacturing) is accountable for partnering with the North America Manufacturing and North America Operations business organizations to successfully deliver our business strategy.
The Digital & Technology Business Partner (Manufacturing) will represent Digital & Technology working with key business stakeholders to define new business processes enabled by data and digital solutions to advance our business objectives. This role will work closely with Global Technology delivery teams and leadership to implement key programs in North America and ensure strategy and value realization to achieve benefits for these initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build strategic and trusted partnerships across our business: Lead the relationship and partnership with senior-level North America business stakeholders in Manufacturing and Operations (Engineering, Quality, Health & Safety) and across our largest business units.
- Partner with senior-level and executive leadership to contribute to the North America business strategy and shape the opportunities for digital capabilities in the region to achieve our business goals. Participate in strategic and operational forums with Manufacturing and Operations leaders.
- Business technology strategy development: Co-create our digitally enabled business strategy with key stakeholders and leadership and identify opportunities to achieve business outcomes.
- Portfolio management and value creation: Work closely with the North America regional PMO and Global Technology PMO to define and prioritize a portfolio of digital enablers and capabilities to achieve business objectives. Manage an overall portfolio of regional and global initiatives, set priorities, and align with regional and global teams to successfully deliver value and positive business outcomes. Connect strategy to execution and achieve results as a cohesive team.
- Lead transformation for adoption of digital capabilities and cross-functional ways of working across region. Measure value and identify future opportunities to continuously enhance our business.
- Provide thought leadership and future-oriented strategy: Proactively address opportunities in the external environment to enhance our future business ambitions with market-leading insights. Lead strategic discussions for Manufacturing and Operations digital capabilities and solutions.
- Partner across the Global Technology digital delivery, development, and support teams to implement capabilities and solutions connected to our overall business strategy. Lead with a commitment to teamwork and building successful relationships.
- Sponsor and lead programs and projects in the improvement, creation and implementation of best business practices and leading digital solutions. Collaborate with leaders both inside and outside the organization to ensure delivery of results.
- Be a change agent and advocate for evolving and advancing new opportunities and improving processes.
- Drive strategic direction as an active leader in the North America Digital & Technology leadership team.
- Lead teams to establish clear vision, create an atmosphere of trust, and leverage diverse views. Coach and mentor team members to learn and develop skills and experiences.

- Establish external connections to continuously learn and apply industry trends that add value to McCain's strategy.
- Create aligned and connected roadmap of capabilities and initiatives working with Global Technology and Business Functions.
- Demonstrates ability to set clear objectives, develop roadmaps, anticipate risks, measure performance, and evaluate results.
KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience, Graduate level desirable (MBA)
- 10 + years' experience as a Technology leader, either as a Technology Business Partner with manufacturing organizations or as a Digital Leader for manufacturing functions.
- Proven experience working on large scale technology programs and digital transformation initiatives in CPG, Food Service, QSR or Retail industries.
- Experience leading programs enabled with technologies including SAP/ERP, MES, Quality systems, advanced analytics and automation solutions.
- Experience partnering with manufacturing and operations engineering organizations and understanding of Operations Technology (OT).
- Extensive partnership with Manufacturing, Quality, Health & Safety, Engineering and Manufacturing Operations leadership.
- Solid experience developing and delivering a connected digital and business strategy in a global or large, complex region.
- Strong interpersonal skills working at all levels of the organization. Ability to negotiate with both internal and external groups and gain trust to align opportunities for overall success.

- Key internal relationships: Vice President Operations North America, Presidents of North America Business Units and Manufacturing Leadership as well as Global Digital & Technology Program, Delivery and Support Leadership teams.

- Participate in key external relationships with external vendors and industry forums.
- Travel: as required
