We are searching for Great People to join our Shannex team, for our new Transitional Care Facility - West Bedford Transitional Health.
Through a new, innovative partnership with Nova Scotia Health, we will open the first transitional care center in our province, in December 2024, in West Bedford. Shannex is the operating partner for the transitional care centre on behalf of Nova Scotia Health. You will have an opportunity to work in a facility with a purpose and design dedicated to providing care to NSH patients in central zone, who no longer require hospital care, but need services like occupational therapy before they can safely return home/community.
