We are currently seeking qualified applicants for temporary contract positions as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Maintenance, Avionics, and Structures), licensed and non-licensed, to support our Flightline Operations, Modifications Operations and Heavy Check Operations.
Our Operations:
- PAL Airlines Flight Line: Daily line maintenance support for Eastern Canada's largest regional carrier
- PAL Aerospace Flight Line Maintenance Operations: Serving our special mission aircrafts, our teams assist in the success of our airborne ISR services in Canada and abroad, including but not limited to ice patrols, surveillance of whale migration, seal surveys, Search & Rescue, Air Ambulance operations, and Executive jet charter services.
- Air Borealis Flight Line: Daily line maintenance support for Labrador and Quebec Lower North Shore
- Modifications: Special Mission Aircraft Modifications
- Heavy Checks: Heavy maintenance checks on company and customer aircraft

Qualifications and Skills:
- Required: Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completed or have equivalent experience through a program such as ICS;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as an AME;
- Experience in flight line, modifications and/or heavy maintenance operations would be considered an asset;
- Experience on the following aircraft would be considered an asset:
- Dash 8-100/200/300 and/or Dash 8-400
- ATR-42 or ATR-72
- King Air 200 and/or King Air 300
- Twin Otter DHC6
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
- Troubleshooting skills;
- Must possess strong interpersonal, decision-making, organization and communication skills;
- Knowledge of Transport Canada Regulations;
- Successful candidates will be working as an Independent Contractor; therefore, a business number must be provided;
- Clean Criminal Record Check (CRC) required.
