What we are looking for…

Qualifications and Occupational Experience:

• The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post-secondary degree or a red seal trades certification.
• You have a minimum of five (5) years of recent and related occupational experience in education and training. Your experience includes progressively responsible experience in project management in the skilled Trades.
• Your experience includes leading teams to meet deadlines.
• You have demonstrated experience in managing and completing projects in a trades related environment
• You are familiar with apprenticeship.
• Experience working in post-secondary education would be considered an asset.
• You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, E-mail, MS Teams, SharePoint.
• You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology to create an exceptional student experience
• You have experience in training/facilitation preparation, delivery and evaluation,

• You have strong project management skills in estimating and planning in a skilled trades environment. You demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in the skilled trades.
