What you will be doing…
The Project Manager is responsible for the management of medium-scale school-based project(s) which includes working with and gathering input from a variety of individuals and teams and stakeholders (internal and external), Responsible for overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of skilled trades related projects ensuring consistency with organizational and school strategy, commitments, and goals.

Qualifications and Occupational Experience:
- The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post-secondary degree or a red seal trades certification.
- You have a minimum of five (5) years of recent and related occupational experience in education and training. Your experience includes progressively responsible experience in project management in the skilled Trades.
- Your experience includes leading teams to meet deadlines.
- You have demonstrated experience in managing and completing projects in a trades related environment
- You are familiar with apprenticeship.
- Experience working in post-secondary education would be considered an asset.
- You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, E-mail, MS Teams, SharePoint.
- You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology to create an exceptional student experience
- You have experience in training/facilitation preparation, delivery and evaluation,

- You possess excellent coordination skills specifically related to skilled trades training.
- You have proven records and information management skills and abilities specifically related to skilled trades training.
- You have strong project management skills in estimating and planning in a skilled trades environment. You demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in the skilled trades.
