Course Title: KINE 2993 WI01 - Personal Health
Contract Term: December 15, 2023 - April 30, 2024 (Winter)

Course Description: This course will provide students with an overview of personal health. Broadly, we will examine what it means to be healthy within various domains (i.e., exercise, sleep, etc.) and how they tie together to create overall wellness. We will also explore how we can measure health and some special considerations (i.e., athletics, across the lifespan, etc.). This course cannot be counted as credit toward the BKIN degree.

Qualifications: Master's in Kinesiology.
