Eastern Health provides health services to the communities that make up the Avalon, Burin and Bonavista Peninsulas. Volunteers of these communities donate their time in many of the acute, community and long term care sites to enhance the health care and service provided to our clients, patients, residents and their families.
There are varied and diverse volunteer opportunities existing throughout Eastern Health. Whether you are school aged, retired or a working professional - we are sure to have a volunteer opportunity that meets your interests. You can apply to volunteer with St. Clare's, Eastern Health, directly through this posting. If you do so, please complete the application in full, indicating your interests, skills and abilities and time you have to offer. This will help us understand the type of volunteer assignment that may interest you and meet your needs. Please note, individuals must be a minimum of 14 years of age to volunteer. As with most volunteer positions, an application with references, a certificate of conduct and a health screening is required.
